Roosevelt introduced the social security system in the USA which helped the people get the retirement pensions, unemployment insurance, and a lot of welfare benefits for the handicaps and needy children, this contributed to the framework of USA welfare system.
On the other hand, Britain announced unemployment insurance and pension schemes for old age people and also at the same time it offered sickness coverage, child care, health schemes, all of the measures were taken in order to take care of the citizens, in order to fulfill their basic needs. The USSR also followed some measures of welfare.
