Polio- 1)Mode of transmission-Polio is usually transmitted via the fecal-oral route.
2) Symptoms-Fever.
Sore throat.
Headache.
Vomiting.
Fatigue.
Back pain or stiffness.
Neck pain or stiffness.

Malaria- 1) Spread through a female mosquito called Anopheles.
2) Symptoms-Pain areas: in the abdomen or muscles

Gastrointestinal: diarrhoea, nausea, or vomiting
Also common: fast heart rate, headache, mental confusion, or pallor.
3) Preventive measure- Vaccination of vaccine as of 2015 , RTS known by the trade name Mosquirix.
Food poisoning- 1)Mode of transmission- Caused by ingestion of germs effected food.
2) Symptoms-Pain areas: in the abdomen or rectum
Whole body: chills, dehydration, dizziness, fatigue, fever, light-headedness, loss of appetite, malaise, or sweating
Gastrointestinal: bloating, diarrhoea, gagging, indigestion, nausea, vomiting, flatulence, or stomach cramps.
3) Preventive measure- Eating fresh food and avoiding street foods.
