Aerobic respiration is done with the use of oxygen and anaerobic respiration is done without oxygen..

aerobic respiration takes place in presence of oxygen whereas anaerobic respiration takes place in absence of oxygen

end products of aerobic respiration are carbon dioxide and water with huge amount of energy whereas end products of anaerobic respiration are carbon dioxide and ethylene.( it may be lactic acid as in the case of muscle cells)

anaerobic respiration takes place in yeast whereas aerobic respiration takes place in most of our body cells
