list the steps of preparation of temporary mount of a leaf peel to observe stomata????

* take a leaf of a green healthy plant 
*break into two halves 
*either with the   your forceps or by your hand peel out the skin or the leaf peel
*gently  place with leaf peel in the glass 
*slowly,using the brush paint it with glycerine and safranin solution
*genlty,without any bubbles place it on the cover slip (lea fpeel)
*now observe it in the microscope
