Steps are as follows

A. Take out the layer of the epidermal cell from below the leaf.

B. Put it in the saffrain blue colour to make the cells colourful.

C. Put the coloured peel on the slide and drop the glycerine on it.

D. Now slowly and carefully put the coverslip on it.

E. Remove the excess amount of the glycerine by using a filter paper.

F. Place the prepared mount on the stage of the microscope.

E. First observe it under the low power and then switch to the high power
