3)Put the peel in water for 2-3 mins in a bowl.

4)Put the leaf on watch glass and give drop of of safranin solution

4)After sometimes take the leaf place it on a glass slide .Put some drops of glycerine on it .Remove the access stain and glycerin by blotting paper .

5)The temporary mount is ready to be magnified
