The factors affecting the deviation from ideal behaviour are :-
1) Nature of the gas.
2) Pressure
3) Temperatute.
In details :-
1) In general, The most liquefiable and highly soluble gases shows larger deviation.
2) The deviation is more at high pressure. At low pressure, Gases shows Z > 1 .
3) The deviation is more at low temperature .Hydrogen and helium always show positive deviation at 0°C.
