a) Adaptations in camel:

Camel falls under the class Mammalia and these animals are found throughout the desert areas. To survive in these areas, camels have some special adaptations in them. Some are as follows:

i. Camels have large humps in their bodies. These helps them to store water and food so that they can use later by breaking down to produce energy in harsh conditions.

ii. They have long eyelashes and thin slit nostrils. These helps to them in protection from dust.

iii. The feets of camels are very wide which helps them to walk on sand.

b) Adaptations in water lily:

Three adaptations in water lily to survive in the environment they live are:

i. Water lily have leaves that has long stalk filled with spaces with air. This provides buoyancy to the plants which helps them in floating.

ii. The leaves are broad and has an oily coating over it.

iii. Only the upper surface of the leaf of water lily has stomata.

c) Adaptations in fish:

Three adaptations in fish are:

i. Fish have gills which helps them to take in oxygen from water.

ii. Swim bladders present in fish provides them buoyancy.

iii. With the help of fins, they can move in water.
