Three demerits of the unorganised sector are:

1) Workers in unorganised sector do not have job security.

2) Their earnings are not regular.If they fail to go to their work, no wage is paid for them that day.

3)They have no benefits like provident fund , gratuity, paid leave, medical benefits and pension after retirement.
