1. Try to dip them in ( salty )water for a few minutes let's say at least 20-26 min and wash properly

2. boil them before you eat

3. cook properly the veggies don't eat raw ( some of the veggies you can eat raw but not all )

1. eat slowly and chew properly

2. don't eat too much at a time and if you are a student then fill up your stomach 75% it will help not to fill sick and give that energy to study properly.

3. instead of eating to much at a time you can eat after every 3-4 hours .

some extra tips

if it's available then take 30 grams of dark chocolate every morning in empty stomach it helps in improve brain , muscles and other organs to function.

you can do 'vajrasana' to improve your digestion process fast , loss you weight & and improve digestive function .

have a heavy breakfast and light dinner
