Following are the three historical issues that have been used to debated different interpretation of Constitution:-

1. Representation in Congress - The Anti Federalist was of the view that devolution of power is not much elaborated and states are given equal representation despite of its population, taxes paid and others.
2. Slavery as legal- The framers of Constitution had opined that if they gave concession to Slavery , they may loss South Carolina and Georgia, which is the southern part of States.
3. Rigidity of the Constitution- Though the Constitution provides with Amendment procedure, but they lack flexibility in it. It is not easy to amend the USA Constitution without full majority.

We can describe the issue of Slavery in detail as this is now also prevalent in USA society.

Slavery was pin trend since the time it was colony of the West. Slaves were taken from the African colonies and landed in the American farms in order to cheap or even free labour.

This led to separation of family members, Inhumane condition of Slaves.

Though, it was very much visible in the society how slaves were treated just a mere non living things but in order to unite America, framers never criticise the trading oh human as a commodity.

Wondering if the oldest democracy in world can do this? Can't they provide equal rights to all its citizens?

Referring former President writing, "The Broken Constitution", we got to know that Lincoln itself challenged the founding principle of USA as a Federal State.
