 \frac{ - 3}{5}  =  \frac{ - 3 \times 3}{5 \times 3}  =  \frac{ - 9}{15}  \\  \frac{ -2 }{3}  =  \frac{ - 2 \times 5}{3 \times 5}  =  \frac{ - 10}{15}   \\  \frac{ - 9 \times 10}{15 \times 10} =  \frac{ - 90}{150}  \\  \frac{ - 10 \times 10}{15 \times 10}  =  \frac{ - 100}{150}  \\ rational \: number \: between \: them  \\  are \\   \frac{ - 89}{150}   \frac{ - 88}{150}  \frac{87}{150}

Hope it helps! ☺

 \frac{ - 3}{5} and \: \frac{ - 2}{3}  \:  \: will \: have \:( lcm = 15) \\ so \:  \:  \frac{ - 3 \times 3}{5 \times 3} and \:  \frac{ - 2 \times 5}{3 \times 5}  \\  =  \frac{ - 9}{15} and \:  \frac{ - 10}{15}  \\ now \frac{ - 9 \times 10}{15 \times 10} and \:  \frac{ - 10 \times 10}{15 \times 10}  \\   \frac{ - 90}{150} and \:  \frac{ - 100}{150}  \\ they \: can \: have \: many \: numbers \: in \: between \: \\  like \:  \frac{ - 91}{150}  \:  \frac{ - 92}{150}  \:  \frac{ - 93}{150} etc.

hope helps.
