You want engaged employees — they’re the ones working with passion and who feel a strong and meaningful connection to the company; these are your “go to” people. (I’ll bet you can name them right off the top of your head, can’t you?!) Those that are not engaged can be thought of as fence sitters – some good days, some bad days. Again, I’ll bet you can name a few members of that group too. This is the group YOU can make an impact on.
