Hunter-gatherer communities stand in contradiction to agrarian societies, which rely chiefly on domesticated varieties. Hunter-gatherers used the fire as a source of light, to grill meat, and to frighten away animals. Yes, we utilize fire even today for several purposes such as cooking of food and to keep us warm during winters.
