NaHCO3(s)+CH3COOH (l)--> CH3COONa(aq) + CO2 (g)+ H2O(g)


Observations --

1 Sodium hydrogencarbonate slowly dissolves in acetic acid.

2 Bubble formation takes place due to release of carbon dioxide gas.
