1)Ahomogeneous mixtureis a mixture where the components that make up the mixture are uniformly distributed throughout the mixture
2)There is only onephase of matterobserved in a homogeneous mixture
1)Aheterogeneous mixtureis a mixture where the components of the mixture are not uniform or have localized regions with different properties
2)Heterogeneous mixtures are more common than homogeneous mixtures. Examples include:
Cereal in milk
Vegetable
soup
Pizza
Blood

Homogenous mixture :
1) A homogeneous mixture is simply any mixture that is uniform in composition throughout.
2) The constituents cannot be easily separated.
3) They cannot have physically distinct parts.
4) examples: 1. Blood 2. Mixture of alcohol & water 3. .salty water (where the salt is completely dissolved) etc.......
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Heterogeneous mixture:
1) Heterogeneous mixtures are those mixtures which does not mix well, or we can easily separate the solution.
2) The constituents can be easily separated.
3) They have physically distinct parts.
4) examples: 1. Oil & water. , 2. Soil sample , 3.sandy water etc.....
