List two reasons why you believe an independent judiciary is essential to democracy in briefly

As per my view point Independent Judiciary is vital for democracy, because It is the judiciary which gives people right to fight against injustice,without discrimination,which is very important feature of democracy.

In Our Indian Constitution Article32 and 226 gives special right to Supreme court and High court respectively to protect the violation of fundamental rights of the citizens.

Judiciary should be independent from Legislature And Executive so that it could give impartial and non biased decisions,so that actual democracy could be achieved.
