There are mainly Two types of plastids namely Chromoplasts and Leucoplasts.

☆Chromoplasts provide different colours to plant. Chloroplats are type of chromoplasts which provide green colour to plant and help in photosynthesis.

☆Leucoplasts are colourless plastids which help in storage of fats and lipids.
