Advantages or the ways in which anaerobic respiration is useful to us at :-
• It produces ATP very quickly. It lets your muscles get the energy they need for short bursts of intense activity.
• During any physical activity, when our muscles need more energy, there is not enough time for aerobic respiration to take place. So anaerobic respiration helps to produce lactic acid quickly which gives the muscles more energy..
