Yes it do because as our body had to work faster the heart pumps more blood so the the rate of heartbeat increases See when our body is in a slow motion our heart pumps the blood 8n a normal rate because we do not need more energy or strength during that time . But when we are running or doing exercise we need more strength and energy. So naturally our heart pumps more blood to give us more energy.and the rate of it increases.
