The people in Mexico have no choice in democracy. This is because until the year  2000 all preference of the constitutional government in Mexico was won by a prevailing company named as Institutional Revolutionary Party.

There was an opposition but they could not win the elections. The action of opposition was often reported  by media. There was a democratic form of administration but the normal people had no right for their votes.
