liver secretes a juice known as ' bile juice ' it is stored in the gall bladder and the gall bladder has a pipe that pipe reaches to small intestine in that pipe the bile juice come and convert the fats into fatty acids and glycerol in the small intestine and this process is known as emulsification of fats .
