1. Lack of Modern Equipment,poor irrigation facilities, poverty, illiteracy and debt -- trap etc.
2. They have to take loans from Banks, they should be proper educated , they have to migrate to towns during off -- seasons etc.
3. cooperate and acquire knowledge for growing better price yielding crops. share infrastructure like storage. negotiate for better crop prices with buyers. negotiate for better input prices with sellers etc.
