Living in an rich democratic country or living in a developing democratic country. What will you prefer and why?

I will prefer living in a developing democratic country because as I am itself living in a country which democratic but developing. The reason form my choice is if I live in rich democratic country I will certainly not understand the needs circumstances of a country as a citizen to be democratic. Democracy is not just electing representatives. But the worthy representatives. Now in sense we the citizens know probably about democracy. Its features also it leads to corruption. We people are the key of democracy. So in sense I would like to live in a country which needs a mind source power to develop. As we one of the source of a country s development.
