Here is the experiment-

Pasteur took two narrow necked flask

Let say Flask A and Flask B In both the flasks he put a peice of meat.

While the flask A was opened to the environment and flask B was maintained with vacuum. In flask A the meat start getting wrought due to which new life forms start getting developed while in another flask there is no life forms since it was vacuum so no pre existing life was in it so no new life form developed.
