ln a right angle triangle , the sum of the square of sides making right angle is 169 then what is the length of hypotenuse?

Sum of squares of sides making right angle = (hypotenuse)^2

169= hyp^2

hyp= √169

Hypotenuse = 13 cm

according to the term of Pythagoras theorem the square of the hypotenuse side will be equal to the square of the base and the height now you can easily think that we have to take the square of 169 and that will be the length of the hypotenuse so as we know that the square of 169 is 13. and hence the length of the hypotenuse side will be equal to 13 centimetre
