Actually sum of any 2 single digits won't be more than 18 but here it is 27 so the question is wrong. See below with the method also the question is wrong.
Let the number in ones place be x
So, the number in tens place will be 27-x
Hence, the original number will be 10(27-x)+x
According to the question
10(27-x) + x + 27 = 10x + 27-x
243 - 9x + x -10x = -27
-18x = -270
x = 15
Therefore 27-x = 12
And original number = 10(27-x) + x = 135
But according to the question it is a 2 digit number therefore the question is wrong.
