• Plants uses $CO_{2}$ in the occurrence of sunlight to prepare their food and deliver $O_{2}$ in return is known as photosynthesis.
• Plants uses $CO_{2}$ released by the animals to "synthesize their food (glucose)" and discharge $O_{2}$.
• This is why a little amount of $CO_{2}$ is "present in the atmosphere" when compare to "$O_{2}$" and "other gases".
