yes this is to be right tjat local govt. have made significant impact on indian democracy and in the same time difficulties like emergence of local new parties , the problem of ahimsa and the problem of more competition among candidates ,at that time the corruption can be increased because of the votesImpact of local self government on Indian democracy : (a) Constitutional status for local government has helped to deepen democracy.
