Local trains and railway platforms, public buses and bus stands, public signboards, parks, beaches and monuments are some of the utilities that fall under public property. Who owns them? Though they are called public property, their ownership lies with the local authorities. They are meant for the public to use. Who is responsible for their maintenance?

Although from the law, the government is responsible for this but being a citizen the public who is in benefit from that should also look for the care of the public properties.
