thus the center of mass of the system is at

:Xcom = (m1x1+m2x2+m3x3)/(m1+m2+m3)

since we have m1 = m2 =m3 = m

so Xcom= (mL/2+0+mL/2)/3m

= L/3

similarly Ycom = (m1y1+m2y2+m3y3)/(m1+m2+m3)

since we have m1 = m2 =m3 = m

Ycom= (0+mL/2+mL)/3m

= L/2

so coordinates of COM = (L/3,L/2)
