location and function of striped muscles


meenakshi997sa: striped muscle are also called skeletal muscle.. they are also called striated muscles........ they are attached to bones .... they are voluntary..... helps in locomotion and all voluntary movements.....they undergo rapid contraction so they gat tired....

Striped muscles are present outside and inside of anus.They are voluntry and helps to control defecation.They are involuntry in infants.

striped muscles also called striated muscle also called skeletal muscle....

these are attached to the bones and hence named skeletal muscles...

they are voluntary muscles as we can control it as per our wish...

they undergo fatigue when involved in continuous and vigorous and prolonged contraction and relaxation.....

they appear stripped because the have alternate arrangements of myosin and actin filaments...

they are multinucleated and the nucleus appears at periphery....

they are unbranched......
