log 2= 0.3010 calculate log 5 with the given information.

if no base is given then it means it is 10
so given log₁₀ 2= 0.3010
so 1/ log₂ 10 = 0.301
⇒1/0.301 = log₂ (5 × 2)
⇒3.32226 = log₂ 2 + log₂ 5
⇒ 2.32226 = log₂ 5
⇒1/log₅ 2 = 2.32226
⇒log₅ 2 = 0.43052
⇒ log₅2 + log₅ 5 = 1.43052
⇒log₅ 10 = 1.43052
⇒1/log₁₀ 5 =1.43052
⇒log₁₀ 5 = 0.71164

so log 5 = 0.71164
