We know, log a + log b = log ab
Therefore,
Log[ (x+3)(x-3) ] = log 16
(x+3)(x-3) = 16
x^2 - 9 = 16
x^2= 25
x=5
Therefore,
Log[ (x+3)(x-3) ] = log 16
(x+3)(x-3) = 16
x^2 - 9 = 16
x^2= 25
x=5
