Hi ,

log x - log √x = 2/logx

=> logx -( 1/2 )log x = 2/logx

=> (1/2) logx = 2/logx

=> ( logx )² = 2²

log x = 2

I hope this helps you.

Given : log x - log √x = (2/log x)

= > log x - log(x)^1/2 = (2/log x)

We know that log (a^m) = m log a

= > log x - (1/2) log x = (2/log x)

= > log(x)^2 - (1/2) log x * log x = 2

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Let a = log x.

= > a^2 - (1/2) a^2 = 2

= > 2a^2 - a^2 = 4

= > a^2 = 4

= > (a)^2 = (2)^2

= > a = 2

Therefore, log x = 2.

Hope this helps!
