Log 14 to the base 2 - Log 7 to the base 2 is

Log 14/ Log 2 - Log 7 / log 2

Since log A- log B is log a / b

Therefore log 14/log 2 - log 7/ log 2 will be :-

( Log 14 / log 2 ) / (log 7 / log 2 )

Therefore
log 14/ log 7
which is equals to 2.

I hope it helps !
