Now that the two logarathamic terms have the same base we can solve more easily

log_2x + log_2x^{1/2}= 6

log_2(x*x^{1/2}) = 6\\  (use the logarithm addition rule)

x^{3/2}  = 2^6

x = 2^{6*2/3}

x = 2^4 = 16
