Hema has to take a train to Mumbai after the trains are up and going post May 3rd. She tells her friend ALIA the *hour* of the train departure and RIYA at which *minute* it will depart. She also tells both of them that she will take a train that leaves between 0800 and 1200 hrs.
ALIA and RIYA see the train timetable and find the following train timings between those two times: 0833, 0844, 0851, 0918, 0947, 1020, 1033, 1118, 1120, 1151.

A] ALIA then says “I don’t know when HEMA'S train leaves but I am sure that RIYA also doesn't know”.

B] RIYA responds “I didn’t know her train time earlier, but now I know”

C] ALIA replies “Now I also know the time of the train too!”

Explanation:

As Alia is sure that Riya also don’t know, for all the times of that hour, minute is clashing with some other hour.

So it can’t be 09th hour as 47 is unique to that hour.  Similarly it cannot be 08th hour as 44 is unique to that hour

So remaining times are 0833, 0851, 0918,  1020, 1033, 1118, 1120, 1151.

Now, after the "A", Riya  was able to figure out the correct time (since when Alia said that Riya might not know, she must have thought that Riya would be confused with the hour as there were minutes that repeated in different hours. But Riya understood what Alia meant and she guessed correctly), so remaining times are not that important but the one which is rules out with 11th hour is more important i.e. 1118.

Riya must already be knowing that train leaves at X hour 18 minutes and earlier she was confused between 0918 & 1118, but now 1118 is ruled out so it must by 0918 and she knows the time.

And with the same Logic, Alia could also figure out that time is 0918.
