Loose talk about this puzzle :

This puzzle was very trending in social media in the year 2012-13 . People on social media were making there own theories and here we were sitting and believing in all the theories at same time. I personally find two very convenient methods to approach this question which will satisfy thinking of majority of people. So I will reveel those approach in next few seconds, but before proceeding keep in mind that these approaches could not be 100% true or exact to what author intended to. So different people will have different opinion about this question, even you may have a different opinion. And it's absolutely good to have a different opinion , don't worry if your opinion is logical then it's true. So , don't stop making your theories. Fly your thinking like a free bird.

Now coming to the point.

Approach 1:

Being a doctor is not a fun task or a child's play. A doctor is necessary to have required equipments in correct amount. If the Dr.Will is a civilised , professional doctor , he will order a glove extra. But this may not be accurate since the question has itself asked "How dr.Will operate three people with two pairs of gloves?" Here is the place where our second approach to the question comes to our rescue.

Approach 2:

He will operate a patient with 1st pair of glove and another patient with 2nd pair of glove. For the third person , he will turn one of the used glove inside-out and operate third person doing this. He can even wash the gloves , as I have seen in movie that a doctor was doing that . But we can't just believe on a movie.

So I find second approach to be more convenient.
