Difference:-

1) Lok Sabha, as per its name, it is the assembly in which the people elect their representatives. In Rajya Sabha, the representatives are chosen by the elected members of the State Assemblies. 2) Rajya Sabha is considered as the permanent body whereas the Lok Sabha dissolved after every five years.
