→Any ordinary bill may be presented in any houses of the parliament. If there is a disagreement over the bill, then joint session is called for voting. As lok sabha has high number than rajya sabha, hence lok sabha wins in this agreement.
→lok sabha has full authority to take decisions on the behalf of citizen of India but rajya sabha does not have these kinds of powers.
