(a) A 'drop of sodium hydroxide' is added to blue litmus paper remains change. Litmus paper is used as an acid base indicator. If an acid contact with blue litmus paper than it changes to red colour.

b]china rose indicator is light pink in colour and when acid added to it colour changes to magenta and base added to it colour changes to green.

c]Red cabbage contains a chemical called anthocyanin. This changes colour depending on the acidity. It turns a pink/red colour in the presence of an acid, is purple when neutral and when added to a basic substance turns blue or green.
