Answer:

1) The Rock Cycle is a group of changes. There are mainly three types of rocks. Each one can change into the other.

Igneous rock forms when magma cools and makes crystals.

Usually, the rock pieces, called sediments, drop from the wind or water to make a layer. The layer can be buried under other layers of sediments. After a long time the sediments can be cemented together to make sedimentary rock.

Baked rock does not melt, but it does change. It forms crystals. If it has crystals already, it forms larger crystals. Because this rock changes, it is called metamorphic.

2) Coal has many uses and it takes millions of years for the formation of coal. Coal is a non renewable resource and that's why, it's valuable as gold.

3) The formation of ore minerals is related to geologic processes and the rocks that are involved. Some minerals really need hot temperatures, some other minerals need hydrothermal water circulation, and some need volcanic eruptions. That's why, minerals are not distributed evenly on the Earth.
