We have to conserve forests because forest are very important for us. and we know the various uses of conserving forest . Forest consist of a huge group of trees. From trees we get various things such as oxygen, fruits, flowers, wood, paper, gum, rubber etc. Forest are also responsible for bringing rain. Forest is habitat of wild animals and birds. so if we conserve we can also preserve wildlife, and save the life of many plants and animals. The trees also hold the soil and water. Soil formation process is very slow it takes thousands of year to form only 2.5 mm thick layer of soil. and if there is huge cutting of forest known as deforestation also take place soil is also wasted in a large quantity. So "When we conserve forests, we preserve wildlife and soil also." Also it helps in bringing rain.
