our actions and work is determined by the messages nerves give it to the brain and yhe nerves pass through the spinal cord hence it is said as central nervous system

The brain processes and interprets sensory information sent from the spinal cord. Both the brain and spinal cord are protected by a three-layered covering of connective tissue called the meninges. Within the central nervous system is asystem of hollow cavities calledventricles.
