February have 29 days after every 4 years because it is considered as a leap year. The Earth’s revolution completes in 365 days and 6 hours but for our better convenience,we consider it as 365 days. After adding these 6 hours ,after 4 years these hours become 6+6+6+6 = 24 hours = 1 day. This 1 day is added in the month of February.
