yess ofcourse long life is a blessing because in life we saw many difficult or good situations.

at tbe first stage means when we r children we enjoy our childhood and then we become young and we interfere in the decisions of our parents.and at last stage that is old age we gave not left alot of time to spent eith our family or friends.so in life we shold enjoy it .we should not be waste in tears and sorrow.
