long life is a blessing as we can see that our elders are living very less and we are not having memorable time with them. with our elders if we spend more and more times they feels good and happy but the most beneficial and best thing is that, we gets many more knowledge about every thing from their experiences. in the religious way we can also say that its a good chance to ask for forgiveness from our god as thee is the most merciful.
