radius = (50)^1/2

so largest distance = distance between (12, 17) and (3, 4). + radius

 =  \sqrt{ {(12 - 3)}^{2}  +  {(17 - 4)}^{2} } +  \sqrt{50}  \\  =  \sqrt{144 + 169} +  \sqrt{50}    \\  \sqrt{313}  +  \sqrt{50}
