The picture shows a very dirty slum locality. It has water clogged around, it lack sanitisation and maybe electricity as well

Living in such a place is wrong because it does not come under equality
because some people live in building and some people live over. These people should have at least a hygienic place to live in. This shows that the government is not fulfilling their duties as this affects the people's education,health etc.
